    VonChurch is a recruiting firm working exclusively within the digital entertainment industry. VonChurch offers contract and permanent staffing solutions on both a local and global level. They have dedicated teams working within the Social, Console, Mobile, MMO and Interactive Creative Content niches.

    The Situation:

    VonChurch’s commitment to combine high quality industry experts with a high touch service resulted in a rapid expansion of their customer base. In order to keep up with the demand for their services VonChurch was required to expand their internal team.

    The Challenge:
